Tomatoes are handpicked at the peak of their maturity, only the ideal tomatoes are picked
off their vine during the first pass. They are transported to the plant with special cared.
Harvested fresh tomatoes are cut and spread out under the Mediterranean sun for natural
drying. After drying, they are stored in our own cold storage rooms to maintain the red color.
This helps us to have products available whole year with a consistent quality.
Tomatoes are dried both Natural ( with salt) and SO2.
