Dried Figs

Figs are prepared from matured, clean and sun dried figs. Especially in the certain area of the Aegean Region, depending on the climate, the figs have thin skin and high sweet (honey) contents. So our figs and fig products have different specialties from the others. The sun dried figs are firstly calibrated then they are passed and controlled under the U.V light. Selected good quality products are washed and all foreign materials are removed. During the selection steps; sun burned or damaged, moldy, spoilt and fermented figs are removed. High quality products are packed into different packaging materials.
