Since its founding, Selvan Tarım Gıda has operated without compromising on the principles of quality, reliability and sustainability.

We prioritize naturalness in our production and supply processes: through methods such as sun drying, controlled fermentation and brining, we aim to preserve each product’s own character. Environmentally responsible production is one of our primary criteria, alongside quality and hygiene.

In practice, this approach means care in raw material selection, reducing waste in our processes, and preventing product loss through the cold chain.
