Sun-dried tomatoes

Fresh tomatoes that have reached full ripeness and are best suited for drying are carefully selected and harvested. Through a drying process carried out under controlled conditions using the sun’s natural heat, the tomatoes acquire their distinctive intense aroma, flavor, and natural texture. They are then stored in our own cold storage facilities to preserve their natural red color.

About Us

A flavor journey that began in the Aegean

We were founded in Izmir in 2009 as Selvan Tarım Gıda. Since our inception, we have been exporting dried tomatoes, dried fruits, and pickled pepper products, bringing Türkiye’s high-quality agricultural products to global markets.

Thanks to our product safety and high-quality standards, we are recognized as an approved supplier to leading companies in the food industry in many international markets, including Europe, Canada, the U.S., and Australia.

Production Facility: At our own facility in Kemalpaşa / Izmir, we manufacture our products using state-of-the-art systems under the supervision of expert food engineers.

X-ray and Quality Control

Foreign material inspection, laboratory analyses, and lot-based traceability.
Cold Storage and Shipping

Storage at a temperature that preserves natural color and quality, followed by palletized shipping.
